Our Online Learning Bites Series

In response to the Covid-19 Situation, we at the Leadership Performance Group have developed a suite of learning experiences that can be delivered online in an engaging way. We are pleased to offer some of these programs in bite-sized learning formats to all those who continue working from home. More than 1,000 people from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and Hong Kong have benefited from the more than 35 online sessions that we have run so far. Staying safe and working from home does not mean that learning and development stops!

Synopsis of this Online Training Session

This session will be conducted in English.

Change in the organization is never-ending. Unfortunately, 70% of change efforts do not meet their intended objectives. The task of Leading Change continues to be the most challenging one for a manager – one where the chances of failure are much higher than success.

In this session, we will provide a framework that will be useful for anyone who needs to Lead Change - big or small. The framework is also useful for leading change outside the organization, e.g. at home or within your informal groups.

During the training session, we will discuss:

• Why Change?
• Why do Change Management efforts fail?
• A simple, yet comprehensive, framework for Leading Change, called the 5Ps.

This complimentary one-hour online session (conducted using Zoom) is led by our consultant Lim Poh Guan.

The training session is designed to be interactive and participants are expected to be active learners, e.g asking and answering questions just like in a regular training session.
